With a 22.3-inch diameter and 27-inch deep firing chamber (6.57 cu. ft / 186 L), it provides ample room for larger pieces, multiple small works, or production runs. Rated to fire up to Cone 10 (2381°F), this kiln combines durability with precise, consistent results. The 3-inch firebrick insulation ensures superior heat retention, while reversible lid and bottom slabs extend the kiln’s lifespan. Outfitted with robust Kanthal A-1 elements and the Select Fire™ Computer Control, the EX-365 SF makes firing straightforward and reliable. The EZ-Lift™ spring-assisted hinge allows effortless opening and closing, ensuring safe and smooth operation. NOTE: Width dimension includes control box and height includes the stand (8’) on all EXCE18 klins.
Klin should be vented to the outside using the AMACO® Master Klinvent and up to 60 feet of 4” diameter duct material-galvanized furnace ducting, flexible aluminum ducting or PVC (maximum four 90° turns).
Klin must be 18” from any wall. Do not place kiln on flammable surfaces or near flammable materials.
