Equipment Waranty
All pottery equipment we sell in our stores are covered by a 45 days warranty from the date of sale/installation. The warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship during the manufacturing process for the term of warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
- Repair or service done by an unauthorized dealer.
- Damage due to abuse and or misuse; including but not limited to over firing and salt glazing, improper installation, rough handling, improper stacking or storing. Use other than for intended.
- Normal wear and tear on parts such as elements, bricks and thermocouples.
- Modifications to the unit in any manner.
After warranty period
Post the 45 days of the warranty period, Art Central is committed to providing full technical support, spare parts and visiting the location as needed at client’s cost to identify the problem and provide technical advice to resolve the problem. When needed, Art Central will consult the manufacturer to get advice and will do our best to fix the problem.

Installation & Setup Assistance
On-Site Installation: Art Central offer professional setup and installation for kilns, ensuring optimal performance from day one. We verify that equipment installations meet local electrical standards, especially for high-powered kilns

User Training:
We offer training sessions for customers to familiarize them with equipment operation and safety protocols. We provide them with the necessary documents that contain all information’s they may need to understand and operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Art Central offer a support line staffed by knowledgeable technicians to assist with equipment issues. Also we Develop a repository of FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and instructional videos to empower customers with self-service options.

Spare Parts & Accessories Supply
We maintain a stock of commonly needed parts such as kiln elements, thermocouples, belts, and foot pedals. However, providing the spare parts will be always subject to the availability in Art Central store and also with the manufacturer. Noting that importing the needed parts from the manufacturer in USA might take up to one-month.
