The AMACO EX-353 SF is a reliable mid-sized kiln ideal for studios, schools, and workshops. Its 5.25 cu.ft (148.7 L) chamber fits medium to large projects efficiently. It fires up to Cone 10 (2381°F) with consistent, professional results. The 3-inch firebrick insulation retains heat well, and reversible lid and bottom slabs extend the kiln’s lifespan. Equipped with durable Kanthal A-1 elements and Select Fire™ computer control, this kiln offers easy, dependable firings. The EZ-Lift™ spring-assisted hinge ensures smooth and safe lid operation, making it a durable and efficient choice for serious artists.

NOTE: Width dimension includes control box and height includes the stand (8’) on all EXCE18 klins.
Klin should be vented to the outside using the AMACO® Master Klinvent and up to 60 feet of 4” diameter duct material-galvanized furnace ducting, flexible aluminum ducting or PVC (maximum four 90° turns).
Klin must be 18” from any wall. Do not place kiln on flammable surfaces or near flammable materials.
