This white paste serves as a superior repair medium for bisque, ideal for joining fragments or filling damaged areas. Bisque Fix can be tinted with metal oxides or ceramic stains to blend seamlessly with your bisque. Apply it with a spatula, then fire it to match the temperature of your clay and glaze, up to Cone 10 (2381°F, 1305°C).
Important Storage Note: Bisque Fix is an air-setting, concrete-like material. To extend its shelf life, after use, add a thin layer of water to the jar before sealing it tightly for storage. When ready to use again, simply pour off the water, remix the product thoroughly, and apply as usual.
